Crossed by the Canal Saint-Martin the 10th arrondissement of Paris is located on the right bank of the Seine. It is also known as the "Warehouse District", but this name is rarely used.

At N° 39 rue du Château d'Eau, do not miss the smallest house in Paris. The facade measures 1.10 m wide and 5 meters high, it is composed of a single span with a ground floor and one floor.
You can spend pleasant evening going to one of the many small theaters.

Canal Saint-Martin
The Canal Saint-Martin is a 4.5 km long canal in Paris which connects the Canal de l'Ourcq to the Seine.
The canal is a very popular destination for Parisians and tourists who like to watch the barges navigate the series of locks and road bridges.
You can also find quit a number of popular restaurants and bars along it. The area is really popular with students. It is a lovely place for picnics.

Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est
The train stations, Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est are both located in the 10th arrondissement.

The North Station has an international vocation and serves the neighboring countries like Belgium, the Netherlands, Britain and Germany. The East station serves more as a terminal for travelers stopping in Paris.

Théâtre des Bouffes du Nord
Located near the Gare du Nord and registered as a historic monument, the Théâtre des Bouffes du Nord is a famous theater in the 10th arrondissement.
Originally designed for music and theater, the Théâtre des Bouffes du Nord has finally built its world reputation around the International Center of Theatre Creation imagined by Micheline Rozan and Peter Brook.

Église Saint Laurent
The Church of St. Lawrence was built in the 6th century. With its dominant Gothic style, this unique church was classified a historic monument in 1945.
It is located in the enclosure St. Lawrence, between the __rue du Faubourg Saint-Martin, Boulevard de Strasbourg and Boulevard de Magenta.

Église Saint-Vincent-de-Paul
Built on the site of the ancient Saint-Lazare prison enclosure during 1824-1844, the Church of Saint-Vincent-de-Paul is dedicated to Saint Vincent de Paul.
The church has two organs, a great organ and a nave organ which were made in 1852 by the renowned organ builder Aristide Cavaillé-Coll.
